Dr. Aseem R Srivastava

Dr. Aseem R. Srivastava is the Chief Pediatric Cardiac Surgeon at Artemis Hospital, Gurgaon, leading the Department of Pediatric Cardiothoracic Surgery.

He completed his MBBS at GSVM Medical College, followed by an M.S. in General Surgery from King George Medical University and an M.Ch. in Cardiothoracic Surgery from GB Pant Hospital. Dr. Srivastava pursued advanced training in Pediatric and Neonatal Cardiac Surgery at The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh (UPMC), later gaining expertise in minimally invasive and robotic cardiac surgery at the East Carolina Heart Institute, USA.

With extensive experience across leading pediatric cardiac programs in the United States, Dr. Srivastava specializes in complex reconstructive procedures for neonates and infants. He is a strong advocate of early corrective repair and is highly skilled in managing conditions such as Hypoplastic Left Heart Syndrome (HLHS) with the Norwood procedure, as well as performing minimally invasive aortic and mitral valve surgeries.
